A Doll Essence — Fine Art Conceptual Series

Born from a simple observation: a doll is either a baby or a woman. Between the two exists a singular moment, adolescence, neither quite a child nor quite a woman. The series stages this in-between territory with humor and tenderness, placing its subjects inside life-size doll boxes. A play on words, a mirror within a mirror: a doll essence, adolescence. Published in Lens Magazine and exhibited in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
